Covid-19 is a tragedy. Too many lives lost and many more lives altered beyond recognition. The way we live, work and play has changed forever.
One of those changes is how we exercise.
I've spent 20 years teaching fitness classes and providing guidance through personal training, nutritional counseling and behavior modification. I went to work everyday excited to pass on my passion for fitness. I am very proud and grateful that I could be a positive influence on the health and well-being of many of my participants, clients and friends.
I don't want that to end. I don't want that to be a casualty of this pandemic. That's why I created this business.
