3 Steps to Prepping and Loving your Veggies

The one thing I truly love is my veggies!

Yes I know it sounds strange but veggies have received a bad rap, who likes to eat veggies plain, no flavor, how boring!

I have steamed, baked, sauteed, and bbq my veggies but the key to making them taste good is flavor...am I right?

I use tons of different spices depending on how I feel that day, maybe curried, Asian, garlicky, cajun, you name it I've done it, and what a difference it makes.

Don't be afraid, experiment flavor your veggies! I promise you will begin to love them again:)
