This is a topic that many people may cringe at or take a pass at reading but I have always believed that our gut health is like our second brain.
It has a whole impact on whole-body health, contributes to a strong immune system, heart health, brain health, improved mood, healthy sleep, and effective digestion.
New research also suggests that gut health could affect people's metabolism as well.
