Depending on where you get your Fructose from the best source will be from natural fruit.
I hear quite often people are afraid to eat fruit because of the sugar content and for those who must be mindful of sugar, such as Diabetics yes most definitely must be aware.
Everyone else PLEASE stop telling me fruit makes you fat..it does not!!!!
