All About Protein

Protein is so important for the body to function and build lean muscle, I would say about 75% of people are not eating enough protein in their regular diet.

Protein can be found in many forms, not just meat and protein powders, I will always say if you can eat your protein without supplementing then always do that first but if you struggle to get all of your protein for reasons of job, timing, prepping, etc. then by all means supplement.
