All About the Rotator Cuff

I can certainly relate to this article, in fact, I'm pretty sure I have done most of the exercises to rehabilitate and keep my shoulders as healthy as I possibly can after many physio sessions and surgery on my own shoulder.

Because of the range of motion shoulders have we are more susceptible to injury.

I hope this article sheds some light and helps in any way if you suffer or have suffered a shoulder injury.
