Are Fitness Trackers Worth It?

In my opinion, Fitness Trackers can definitely have both positive and negative effects, they are great for motivation, if perhaps exercise isn't one of those things that you are keen on doing, it has now been made a little more exciting especially for your own accountability.

On the flip side for some, it can become slightly obsessive or cause some extra anxiety and possibly in a worst-case scenario can disrupt sleeping and eating habits further.


Whatever the reason for purchasing a Fitness Tracker base your choices on what works for you, be motivated by them and enjoy the extra little push they give you.

However, if you do not hit your targeted 10,000 steps a day or your active burning calories then be aware not to allow guilt to begin to set in.
