I have always been a true believer that one diet does not fit all, we are all very different physically, hormonally, mentally when it comes to weight loss, this is a great article for reading about how Calories in, Calories out even though is very common for weight loss there are so many other factors that can make this what seems to be a simple equation not so simple.
In my time of dieting and a large amount of weight loss it has taken me many years to find what works for me and my body alongside my nutrition and of course exercise:)
