Dealing with Hunger

I think we have all been here when hunger strikes for no main reason we wanna eat.

I have really taken to being more intuitive when I eat, asking myself if my body is really hungry? Am I just bored? Maybe I need more hydration? Am I eating enough for my activity?


There are so many factors involved when it comes to hunger and food.
