Eating many colors of fruit and vegetables is something I have been doing for some years.
So many great benefits!
Especially when it comes to vegetables, every night with my supper I have 2 cups of different veggies mixed with beautiful colors!
My favorite mix is zucchini, mushrooms, carrots, green beans, red/yellow/orange peppers, and asparagus.
Try some varieties and don't be afraid to spice them up:)
