How Instant Gratification Delays your Results

We are all human, we all want instant gratification, instant results, that magic pill to weight loss.

We live in a society where near-instant gratification is what we've come to expect.

Of course, healthy weight loss is anything but immediate. But when you start eating healthy and exercising regularly, you can just about count on seeing positive changes within weeks -- maybe even days.

So the good news is the body changes the more we make better choices over time, don't beat yourself up about the slip-ups here and there.

Ask yourself questions:

What makes you feel and function better with food and exercise?

What goal do you have in mind?

What is the one thing I can do today(baby steps) to make a healthier choice?
