Lower your Expectations

I myself tend to be a perfectionist, I work hard, I give myself big goals, and I stop at nothing to reach them.

However, through this journey, I have learned to take a step back and "lower my expectations", trust the process and let things happen as they may.

Small accomplishments I truly believe are the way to reach goals!

Enjoy the journey, trust that if you are doing things right (exercise, nutrition) good things will happen.

It's not a race, in this case, it's a marathon of life.
