Should we limit Protein?

Protein is so very important to include in each meal we eat, especially if you train.

I coach many clients who about 85% of the time do not eat enough protein, I think it's just a lack of knowledge of how it can assist in so many ways.

Just a few to mention:

Reduces appetite and hunger levels

Increases muscle and strength

Good for your bones

Reduces cravings at night when eating before bed

Boosts metabolism

Helps to increase fat burning

Lowers blood pressure

Helps your body repair after injury

Helps reduce muscle deterioration

Go eat your protein!!!
