Good morning Friday:)
This is a great article I teach people when they are starting a nutrition plan, if you're like me I am a very visual person so these charts which show you which foods to Eat More, Eat Some and Eat Less really help guide people towards their nutrition goals.
Vegetables? Eat the rainbow, every couple of days I saute a big pan of vegetables, broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, green beans, peppers, really anything goes, lots of spices and it can last for days.
Remember to fuel your body based on your activity level but remember o eat all of your Macronutrients(Carbs, Protein and Fat) our bodies definitely need all 3 to properly function.
