Service Description

If you think that your lower half could do with a tone up, then Legs Bums and Tums is for you. This strength based endurance class is a great way to target your least favorite bits and make them firmer. We've all got parts of us we don't particularly like, but with regular trips to Legs Bums and Tums, you will be more defined, stronger and sculpted. Using a mixture of standing with optional bodyweight or holding one or two dumbbells this class zooms in on problem areas and makes you fitter. . Equipment needed: Bodyweight or option for one to 2 dumbbells or even water bottles. Suitable for all levels.
