Service Description

Pilates exercises strengthen the body's core by developing pelvic and scapula stability and abdominal control. Learn all of the fundamental movement techniques such as: Neutral spine, a properly engaged core, spinal articulation and ribcage breathing. This class will help to improve flexibility, mobility, muscle tone, low back health, body balance and body-mind awareness. Suitable for beginners and all levels Equipment needed is only a mat. Please note we lay on our back, stomach, hands and knees and side lying, options will be given to those needed.
