Service Description

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, What step aerobics does for you: Gets your heart and lungs in shape and tones your tush. Step aerobics is a terrific cross-training activity for runners, cyclists, and walkers. Basic to Intermediate patterns will be offered so there is some co-ordination needed however designed for all levels by adjusting the height of your step if you are a beginner or simply by using no step.
